2 years today I excused myself from bed rest and took a car ride to the park to sit on the bench and watch Mason play.

2 years ago tonight I had a big bowl of chili made by Brian, Mason and I and some homemade chocolate chip cookies.

2 years ago I was more than uncomfortable, big as a house and overwhelmed with what was to come but at the same time felt a peace that could only come from God.

2 year ago I was so excited to meet my daughters and to start life as a family of 5.

It all happened so quickly.

My water broke, immediate intense labor, a 30 min car drive in the darkness, operating room and 2 babies born all within 3 hours.

Kaia Grace and Theia Penelope entered our lives and have changed us forever.

Tomorrow our girls turn 2!
